Our famous Brewery Tour
Our award-winning guided tour takes visitors around the Faversham Brewery site to learn about the ancient art of brewing.
The 80 minute tour also includes a visit to the Old Brewery Store, housed in the old wines and spirits store, which features impressive displays of historic delivery vehicles, a recreated coopers’ workshop, bygone pub signs and a collection of hop picking memorabilia.
It ends back in the private brewery bar, with a tutored tasting of Shepherd Neame’s Kentish ales and speciality lagers, before visitors have the chance to visit the Brewery Shop.
Individual Tours
For individuals wanting to join one of our brewery tours
You will join a group of up to 20 people on one of our scheduled morning or afternoon tours of the Shepherd Neame brewery - complete with a tutored beer-sampling session.

Private Group Tours
For groups wanting their own private tour
Private tours are available all year round to pre-booked groups, and prices start at £265 per group of up to 10 visitors or £22 per person for groups of between 11 and 60. We offer:

Evening Tour & Ale Sampler's Supper
A night out with a difference with Britain’s oldest brewer.
Enjoy an 80-minute tour, a tutored tasting and a two-course home-cooked supper served in the brewery's Visitor Center bar.

Beer & Food Matching Evening
Join us for an entertaining evening that features a six-course "Beer Dinner" and showcases seven beers of a variety of styles. Your meal will be freshly prepared with local ingredients and each course is matched by a specially-selected beer whose flavours complement the food.
The evening is hosted by one of our beer experts who will share fascinating facts about each beer and show you how our Master Brewers and Taste Panel assess every batch of beer. The menu and beers vary according to season.
